Free Shipping

We offer complementary 2 - 3 day shipping on all Domestic orders. If you are interested in shipping Internationally, please reach out to us: katie@belleaquatic.com and we will look into options. 

Shipping Policies

Belle Aquatic ships via UPS Air, FedEx Express, or USPS Priority Mail. We ship items to be received during the 5-day work week and we avoid shipping over the weekend.

Signature Required

On items over $500, we requires a signature upon delivery. This guarantees that the item is properly delivered to the correct parties and is not left unattended on a porch or in a mailbox.  If you would like to request “no signature” on delivery, please add that request under “special instructions” at checkout. In selecting this option, you assume full responsibility of your package once it is reported delivered. Alternatively,  If you would like the security of knowing your package will be delivered and signed for, even when you are unavailable, please write ‘hold for pickup’ in the special instructions. We will contact you first to determine a FedEx or UPS location near you that is easy for you to retrieve your package at your convenience. 

Returns

We are a small town jeweler and we value long term relationships. Our friends are our customers and customers become our friends. We really want you to be thrilled with your purchases. We are here for you, please reach out. Our standard return policy allows you to return your order to us in unworn, pristine condition, tags attached, within 7 days after it is delivered to you. Please call before shipping anything back to us: 1-734-255-8805 or email Katie@BelleAquatic.com so we can create a prepaid and insured return label. Refunds are processed upon receipt and may exclude the original cost of shipping depending on the situation. 

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be made online. If you wish to purchase a different item, the original item should be returned as explained above and a new order can be placed on the website.

Lost Earrings

Send us a note: Katie@belleaquatic.com and please include a photo of the earring you still have. We will do everything we can to create a new match charging only for one earring (50% of the pair).
